As a painter, largely self taught, oil is my preferred medium and I am working towards a greater abstraction.  Light and colour are my main concerns and I am inevitably drawn to the human frame.

 

An itinerant Army wife, I have been fortunate to be able to live and travel in some wonderfully exotic places and this has given me a great repertoire to work from. My home is in Dorset and I have exhibited at Dorset Art Weeks, as well as in Istanbul, Muscat & Islamabad.  I have been shortlisted for the BP Portrait Award and in 2020 was accepted into the New English Art Club's Annual Open Exhibition for the first time.
